Chicken legs from Costco...
Teesquare's chicken rub...
Nice liberal coating of rub on each leg and some fridge time for the flavors to get happy....
So onto the TBE leg racks they went...
Fired up the TBE and the smoke daddy loaded with hickory wood chips...
Now were smoking...
Dropped them in for 50 minutes...
Pulled them out when the color was right...
And plated with baked mac 'n cheese and Hawaiian rolls...
Excellent rub Teesquare! It is a great pairing with chicken. I look forward to using it again
