I had me a hankering for a hunk of meat. I drove my truck on down to Wal-Mart and found a Filet Mignon for $7. Seasoned it with Johnny's and Worcestershire sauce and cooked 3-3-6 minutes on the SRG. That hunk of meat was probably one of the most tender pieces of meat I have ever had.







Wife was sick and did not want anything to eat until she saw what I had, I ended up sharing :)

I agree.  It would look much better with a second steak for me on it.
