As they say. no rest to the wicked .
first weekend at home ,i plan to rest  and sleep , my wife got other plans.
this weekend we want pizza .
so pizza it will be .

A quick dough .



sauce from can tomato's with mix Italian herbs  ,garlic ,and anchovies for saltiness .



first pizza is a binco  no sauce just garlic oil , onion and cheese . just to taste the heat .



second  a salami with 2 cheese . cheddar in the crust  and mozzarella on top .





then a feta and spinach .



last one was vegetarian 




and finished with few small  calzone.

Welcome home! Pizzas look great. I like the cheese in the crust as well. What did you fill the calzones with?
You can't catch a fish if you don't get a line wet...

I think i like the gahhlick one. I use string chees for my stuffed crust ones. I cut them the long way. Like the cheddarone too. Pam

I'll take a slice of the Garlic Pizza Bianca &  the spinach & feta one too.  I love spinach & feta on a pizza with some olive oil, fresh tomato slices, lots of garlic and a little basil... YUM!

Ahron those pizzas all look great!

On the stuffed crust do you need to put some small holes in the crust to release steam?

i used a mature cheddar so you get a sharp taste from the cheddar and a mild one from mozzarella .
Muebe ,i didn't made any holes in the crust .
drholly  , in the calzone i put all the leftover from the pizza topping.
