Nice cook!!  I bet that chicken was great!

Was the avocado grilled at all, or just cold?   I haven't had that much but have a couple sitting here that I need to do something with.

I am trying this one.  that is beautiful. 

after cooking the red sauce does seem to loose a lot if not all the heat.  but great flavor profile.

just cold Tanya w/ diced tomatoes and hot sauce over it.

That all looks goods.  I like what you did with the avacodo.  I am always looking for new ways to prepare side dishes like that.
