M-3 Pork Chops
« Reply #-1 on: April 11, 2014, 09:23:14 AM »
Today I cooked bone-in pork chops, that were thinly spread with mustard, then seasoned with M-3. They were reverse seared on a charcoal grill. Meanwhile I stir fried some onions in the wok, that were seasoned with mustard and M-3 as well.
