Great day here - decided on a couple of chickens and spuds.  Then off to a whiskey tasting in just a few minutes

Thanks folks - the whiskey tasting was really good - about 15 different spirits ranging from Irish to Scotch to Bourbon to specialty.  We did not know it, but they served appetizers, a 3 course main, and dessert - we'd already eaten!  ;D

Watcha put on those taters? Looks great!

We topped the taters with onion dip - the kind you make with sour cream and Lipton onion soup mix.  Might sound kind of strange, but our thought is that if it works well with potato chips, then why not baked potatoes  ;D

Chicken and spuds doesn't get any better than that. I don't think I ever checked the IT of a tater just feel. What IT did you pull them at?

Never thought of putting Lipton onion soup mix on a potato. May need to give that a try ;)
