Well I finally put the spoon down long enough to coat a bunch of wings with Mo'-Rockin'-Chickin rub.
In the Traeger at 450 for 30 minutes, turned them over and dialed the temp down to 350 for an additional 15 minutes.
Pulled from the Traeger after 45 minutes. Enjoyed these beauties with a Sierra Nevada Blindfold Black IPA.
I need to coat them a little heavier next time, I could taste the rub but it was a little weak. Maybe that's because my taste buds are shot after 24 hours of mainlining this stuff.
