Another Tri Tip

Started this one in my TBE until it reached 120 then put it on the grill for a finish and browning. Was suprised that it got to 120 in about 35 mins with the lid on. Finished off the taters with the asparagus on the grill too.

T's BBQ Savor was perfect on this and the two day soak only helped.
