Frog mats work good in the SRG, just don't let the mat touch the sides  ???    Don't ask how I know  ;)

Burnt or not the meat was good I bet, just the skin was dark right?
Chicken was awesome Tommy Black skin and all. Did not taste burnt and had all the hint of sweet with a bit of heat as normal with Swine and bovine and sometimes chicken ;)
