ya that's right.  it's fish night here at the old casa.  if ya'll haven't tried WOW you should.  it is fantastic on fish, steaks and veges.  my friend tim makes it.  it is real good. 

some salmon and WOW.

but we all know that isn't tim because tim has a glow in the dark butt.  how do I know?  have you seen his white legs?

nice and flaky and at 145°.  were done.

Made the maiden voyage behind the house for some salmon but no bites.   But don't worry they are coming and I will figure it out and I will be calling for some tips looks good and I am not a big salmon guy

I do love a good piece of salmon, and yours looks as good as I've seen. 

Sadly, I'm like the only one in my family that does, so I don't get it often enough.

Haven't done the plank in about a year or so.  Thanks for the reminder!

Salmon is wonderful when cared for correctly after catching & properly cooked, but when it's not its BAD!
Salmon developers a fishy taste easily , when fresh cook soon after catching & when frozen don't let it stay frozen too long!
Salmon gets very dry when overcooked, I try to end up med-rare on my cooks!

Sparky, men don't call other mens butts kinda cute ???, just saying.

I need to use up all my other spices before trying all of "T"s and I will be. Your salmon looks fantastic ;D

If your looking for another idea LA has a fantastic recipe  ;)

Looks really good buddy! I'm not a big fan of fish but I would like a plate of that!
