I have tried a lot of rubs and made my own and quite frankly unless it is sweet or spicy I really can't tell a big difference between a lot of the various rubs...that is until I tried Oakridge BBQ Rubs and Brines. These guys are located here in Kearney, Missouri (we have a plant here) but they don't have a retail store..all internet sales and sold at some locations here in the Kansas City area (not sure about other areas in the US). I did a brisket over the Labor Day Holiday and used their Black Ops Brisket Rub and it was fantastic as reported by all my guests. I also brined (Game Changer) some chicken and used the pork and chicken rub and then smoked in the SRG...really good...
Anyway, I think you folks would enjoy their products....
