Bought a new pizza oven yesterday and am giving it a try. It took about 10 minutes to put together. You just have to match up all the 5 notched pizza stones in the right order and you're ready to go. This one goes on your gas bbq. I took the flame tamers out and set it on the grills. The wife will now yell at me for not cleaning the grill first.

It has a 15 inch front for a nice size pizza. You need a minimum 3 burner grill for this oven. It has two pizza stones, one on top and one on the bottom, plus sides and back stones. Suppose to get around 700 to 750 degrees inside.

I made a quick pizza for the test.

Cooked in less than 5 minutes. Crusty bottom and a nice char and fully cooked through.

My thoughts......A great oven. Gets hot on my grill in about 10-12 minutes. Quality is awesome, great paint job and everything fits nice. Very heavy piece of equipment. Your wife won't be lugging this around. Fits my large cast iron fry pan for grilling. Highly recommend from me. Next time I'll put a little smoke pack inside to get that smokey taste. The price was $120 at Home Hardware with a $10 off sale. Stainless steel model available at Costco in the States.

Nice pie!

Do you leave the lid on the grill open while cooking? Or does the lid set down on the oven to retain heat?

It is only 40 degrees today so I had the lid down until it got to temp. Then you keep it up to keep turning the pizza because it cooks so fast.

Can you measure & post the measurements of the outside of the cooker?

Great looking pie!!  Was that a homemade crust?  The crust that Brad made up at the Fall Gathering was awesome.  Tee posted Brad's recipe on the forum.

Can you normally set a pizza stone on a charcoal grill? If so then I don't see why it wouldn't work. There is no metal on the bottom. You put the top stone in thru there and then the sides and then the bottom and back stones. Two metal braces go across
the bottom to lock it all in place. So the bottom is almost all pizza stone.
