Title: Smoked Watermelon!
Post by: GrillGirl@cookinpellets on March 25, 2016, 05:13:06 PM: SMOKED WATERMELON! This simple, light, yet unique dessert is a crowd pleaser!
This works best with a super sweet watermelon (Do not chill watermelon!)
Set grill at 400.
Cut into small triangles, place on grill and smoke 5 minutes per side.
Remove, drizzle maple syrup lightly over pieces, and serve.
Even better, top with scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!

Same here. I've never had a grillled/smoked fruit that didn't turn out great, but I have to admit, I'd never have thought to try watermelon.

Shove a popsicle stick thru the rind and throw them on the grill, then hit them with a lil honey, I brush it on, it melts when it's warm, popsicle watermelon slices..kids love them. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
