Made some batches of Hickory Peppered Jerky in my Vacuum Tumbler
20 minutes in a Vacuum Tumbler sure makes Jerky Marinating/Curing easy

I'm using Cabelas Hickory & Peppered Seasoning/Cure mixed 50/50 w/5 lbs. sliced beef

15 pumps with the hand pump, evacuates all the air inside the tumbler

Tumbling for 20 minutes
Notice the color of the meat changes from pink to grey/brown
