We'll be officially announcing the new Drip 'N Griddle pan (http://slownsear.com/product/drip-n-griddle-pan/) in a few days, but thought you guys might like a sneak peek. If you follow our Facebook page you've seen me using it for a few months now. Basically this is a 16 gauge 304 stainless steel formed pan that perfectly fits the indirect side of a 22" kettle equipped with a Slow 'N Sear. The pan also fits great in the 26" kettle but it does not fully cover the indirect side.
When used as a drip pan it catches all those drippings that can make a real mess of your kettle. One thing you'll appreciate about this pan is that it's so darned bulletproof you can easily scrape it clean using a metal spatula and, if needed, a Brillo pad once the cook is done. No more wasting disposable aluminum pans or foil! It also helps direct air over to the Slow 'N Sear's bottom intake for more even airflow.
When used as a griddle you just sit it over the sear zone of the Slow 'N Sear and cook up your favorites... burgers, bacon and eggs, philly cheese-steaks, whatever you like. We recommend you use no more than a half basket of charcoal when griddling or you'll end up with too much heat.
The Drip 'N Griddle pan goes on sale this Friday and we'll start shipping them Monday the 17th.

No promises on that either way, but I can say we're not currently working on a different size.
The thought of a custom pan for the 26" kettle is tempting, but there's just not enough of them out there to justify the tooling cost. We'd probably have to charge an arm and half a leg. Not as bad as an arm and a leg, but you't definitely still feel it.

We don't have a combo discount planned, but you should save a few bucks on shipping.
