With that cooler weather we had last week it had me wanting homemade chili. So I make a pot of it and the cool has gone away. We're back to warm and muggy weather again! And it came out sooooo..... good too! I guess I'll have to be sure to Foodsaver and freeze some the next round of cool.

Yum! That looks good! I thought the hot weather was gone. I'm tired of sweatin. Ughh!

I was just thinking that it will be elk chili making time, soon. Chili works so much better when it is cool to cold, IMO. Yours looks good.

Chili is what makes winter bearable.:)
I like it so well I eat it year round, but when I make it in the Summer V always says it is too hot for my spicy chili.

Looks like I need to make some chili

I am with Don on this one. Any season is a good reason for a big bowl of chili.

My wife and I have to have a chili "fix" every few weeks at least. In the Summer we just turn the AC down a notch. Good chili is good chili no matter what the season and yours looks tasty (a few more jalapenos and no sour cream on mine, please) ;D
