Started by salt brine the night before. Stuffed with garlic and rubbed with several spices. Vegetable try under to capture the juices.

Having some issues balancing it right on the rotisserie but its moving

Ya know that is gonna be good. :)
PS  Buy an adjustable Counter Weight for the rotisserie and that solves most balance problems.
