Title: Our traditional New Years day dinner
Post by: Roget on January 02, 2017, 01:57:37 PM
I made our traditional New Years day dinner in the Power pressure cooker.

Red potatoes, carrots, turnips, & not shown, cabbage & onions.

5 lb. corned beef brisket.

Add homemade cornbread. Pretty good eats.
Much quicker this way, but I think I still prefer doing it in the slow cooker.

I cooked the brisket for 90 minutes & the veggies for 6 minutes.
Every thing was well done, but V & I prefer ours a little softer.
Very good though.
