Great looking wings Tom. Looks like your invention worked. Again, just concerned about it being food safe.

Thanks Mike, I replied to your concern, as I said Home Depot wouldn't sell expanded metal advertised as being for BBQ without any sort of disclaimer. There was none, it s safe. Thanks for watching :D

They look amazing Tom...If the top proves not to be food safe serve those to the in-laws...just kidding

Great idea Tom and I have not tried the pre-cook wings so how are they?

They were fantastic! Sprayed a little olive oil on them to help crisp them up and I put them on partially frozen and turned out great!
