Good job as always Tom,those ribs look good.  Love the mods on the PBC. Looks like when you don't let it drip on the coals it takes away from the PBC  design. I might like it for a different taste,like my old WSM. I always love the mods on all your cookers.

Nice looking ribs! Did you mod the chimmney your self and does it work well?

Thanks, I did mod the chimney, shelf and lower shelf for indirect on the PBC. It all works well :)
