I just got a Pit Barrel Cooker and I found this forum looking for some tips and tricks while using it. I cooked my first brisket on it last night and it came out ok. i am hoping that practice, patience, and learning from others will help me to become better.
I am from Austin, Texas.

All briskets are not the same. Lots of us cook on the PBC and PBC is a forum sponsor so if you post your PBC adventures over there you will get a bunch of views from PBC members and Noah and Amber check in there quite a bit so you will be in good shape :)
