Very nice Tom! You need to bring Brian on board as a member. What temp did he cook the meatloaf at that took 5 hours? It looks delicious regardless of how long it cooked. How did it taste?

YEP would be a great thing!

Thanks Gents! He cooked with the slow and sear at 250 for 5 hours. He claims he's a member at  Bhorsman33. Thanks for Watching!  :)
