Tried Hardcore Carnivore Red for the first time and paired it with the Big Red Rib Glaze. Definitely love the rub, has a nice pepper bite to it. A tad salty for me but pretty dam tasty ribs.

Looks tasty! How do you like the rib glaze? Bought a rack of ribs today gonna do in a couple days on the PBC and wanna try something different.

I love that Big Red rib glaze. I believe a few others have tried it on here as well. The hard part is just finding the Big Red soda. I've also tried the Danny Gaulden's rib glaze which is just a cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of yellow mustard and 1/4 cub of apple cider vinegar heated in a pot till blended and brushed on after the ribs come off. I used that on top of a sauce and loved it as well. I would imagine you could substitute the mustard for whatever sauce is being used on the ribs as well but haven't tried it yet.

Those ribs look so good I just have to try it. The glaze anyway for now. Found the big red pop at Walmart and the search began for cherry jam! The 3rd stop was Kroger but no go. A worker in the there asked if I needed help and told him what I was looking for and he says try coppers mill which is only 15 mins from me and they make there own jelly-jam-apple butter.
So they had it $7.00 pint. Took some pics and the little one had to be in pic.

I had a little trouble with the Cherry Jam as well. I found Polaner All-Fruit spreadable Cherry

I couldn't find that soda anywhere out here then the other day when I was at Vallarta they had it. 2 liters and cans.
May have to try that glaze now that I know where to find it
