Hi Everyone,

New member here from the cold north in Rhode Island.
Checked out this site after references in some YouTube videos, browsed through some posts and was very impressed! Decided to join to help take my very amateurish skills to the next level.
I am currently cooking on a weber genesis and a masterbuilt electric smoker with detached smoke box. I am researching pellet grills and am narrowing my choices at this point.
Looking forward to learning and sharing as I embark on this new adventure.
