Had a few pieces of steak leftover from yesterdays lunch and wanted to try something new so I went with my version of Teriyaki beef with onion bits
I cut the beef into small pieces, added one Tbs Teriyaki sauce to the meat as a marinade and let sit for one hour in fridge
I fried the beef with sesame seed oil (0 carbs) then added one tsp dried minced onion along with one tsp powder ginger then stir fried and added anothe Tbs of Teriyaki sauce to the pan just before the meat was ready
When plated I added one tsp minced onion to the beef to added a little crunch ;)
2 Tbs of Teriyaki sauce = 4 carbs total
2 tsp minced onion = 3.5 carbs
1 tsp ginger = about 1 carb

Great idea, Tommy! I will have to some homemade, non-soy teriyaki and give this a try!
I bet a few spring onions and sesame seeds will make this pop!
