I can't wait to see how you like the new sauce formulation. I think the consistency is even better than before. It should coat the ribs better.

Can't wait!!!!

Bad Byrons butt rub is 3 carbs per TBS.
Other ingredients = 8 carbs
Hope to use 3 Tbsp of rub per rack of ribs witch should equal 17 total carbs per rack then dress with I hope no more than 4 Tbsp of Cliffs low carb sauce So total of 21 carbs for a full rack wet and 17 carbs for just dry rubbed
If you think that sounds high read the label on your favorite BBQ sauce ???
Just a jar I have here made by Kraft shows 13 per two Tbsp that would equal 26 carbs just in the sauce where Cliffs is 4.
Edit note: Fixed typo

I am doing ribs this weekend as well. Using G Hughes sugar free sauce. It has 2 carbs per 2 tbs.
Is this Cliffs you speak of store bought or a recipe? (rather new to group but am interested in low carb cutting sugars)

Tha sauce I'm going to use is a homemade sauce Cliff made up on his own and I have been given the top secret recipe

It's a low carb version of my BBQ sauce (which took me years to tweak & get just right). I am hoping, very soon, to have it available for purchase as a mix (along with some other low carb and regular mixes, sausage seasonings, etc.). The mix contains everything but the water and vinegar (which you add).
So... Tommy has been sworn to secrecy on this recipe. ;)

Here are the ribs I cooked, one dry and one wet with Cliff's low carb sauce
I was able to use 3 Tbsp of rub for each rack and it took 4 Tbsp of sauce for the wet ribs. I brushed on sauce 3 times during the cook.
These were wonderful both the wet and the dry. I bit over cooked but with my better half it was a good thing ;)
I will do these again but thin the sauce a little more so t will go on smoother. The rub was perfect and I could see even going a bit more sweeter

Don't sell yourself short, brother, even if you do think there's room for improvement, because I also think your ribs look fantastic!

Bryon rub has a lot of salt. How come you don't use that rub you sent me. It had good flavor to it. I like how most they are. Love the smoke ring. They came out more darker than I like for my ribs. Love to try that sauce when it comes out cliff. I gained 10 pounds so my wife and doctor got me on a low carb no sugar plan now. I eat a lot of fruit though.
