Trying my first ham on the pit barrel. Well it took bout 3 hours and looks and smells good! Have not sliced it yet.
Put a glaze on it the last 30 mins.

Sorry no sliced pics. People over yet. But went to Wal mart and bought 2 More at that price cause it's that good!!!!!! Wow tasty!!!! Moist and OMG good!!!!

Sorry Scott forgot to post that I did trim a lot of fat off and I think I will trim it all off on the next one. I'm repeating my self when I say the pit barrel is one amazing cooker!

It looks like that shank end ham was perfect for hanging in the PBC.

Yes it hung nicely. A little left over treats today yum yum!

Breakfast this morn with the last of the pig gold. Green beans - mashed potatoes with country gravy and ham on Hawaiian rolls toasted.
