Title: Weber Kettle-Minor Mod

Even though I have only had my kettle for a short time, after just a few cooks, my vent adjustment had gotten very hard to work. SO.....I drilled out the rivet and replaced it with a 1/4" bolt and a wing nut. Now it's easy to remove and clean.  :)

Very nice Larry! My new lid seems to want to stick all the time too. I may just have to do the same thing you did.
