Post by: nukeofficer on May 09, 2017, 09:34:15 PM
Marinated a tri tip and threw it on the Pit  Boss. Turned out juicy and tender as all get out!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/c9f34c61a09ca095c31e8c45f59888c9.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/4b1ccd7a5108bfa15712764e7ee998ad.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170510/9b020d59879f8506a42fb176ce201f64.jpg)

The pics didn't load on this computer.  What temps and times did you use?  I love tri tips when I can find them.

Smoked for 3 and half hours at around 180 degrees. Once the IT got to 125 I pulled it and tented with foil until the IT hit 135.
