Hello,

I found this forum recently on a YouTube/Brisket video. Really glad that is decided to check the site out.

I am somewhat of an amateur when it comes to BBQ but I really want to learn to be very good at it.

I currently have an infrared grill but I am looking to step up to a Yoder YS640.

I look forward to reading and learning from the other members here.

The Yoder YS-640 is a beast...but while you are in that price range you have to give MAK the hairy eyeball............

Get a MAK...and you will never look back..... ;D( I have owned several brands including Yoder...I still own a MAK...AND will always own a MAK.... ;)
