Forgive my bluntness...But "Meathead" can't set anyone straight. Real science is available many places. Craig (Goldwyn) has done a great job capitalizing on it. But even he will point you to to the science. ;)  ;D
We have a wealth of knowledge and information HERE on LTBBQ.

All one need to is post a question HERE...and you will find the answers are likely known by a large number of well experienced folks. :)

And I thought I knew everything!  :D :D

I always order my steaks rare or medium rare (according to where I am eating), but it has nothing to do with science. :P
But it's good to learn something new.
