I had some pulled pork, so I made chili Verde sauce. ms. hickory made the Spanish rice and cheesy beans with her home made salsa on top. I then made some peach margaritas, we had a wonderful evening after the day had reached 110°.

Looks so good

I bet that was tasty!

It looks awesome. It takes a LOT of margaritas to cool off a 110 degree day ;)

My kind of meal.

That is a beautiful plate of flavor!
Hats off to both of you! Or should I say a tip of the sombrero!

great looking plate OH. ms H's salsa and creations look really good, it's hard to beat home made salsa.
But your chili verde sauce has me intrigued as RG would say. Care to share a recipe?
