Title: Flattened Chicken Sammie

I made a couple of flattened chicken breasts on the Blackstone flat top for last night's dinner.
Marinated In Mr. Yoshida's for 8 hours.

Cooked potatoes seasoned with rosemary garlic, & toasted buns on blackstone.

Served with butter, sour cream, & a side of tzatziki.

Looks fantastic.  Great color/char - flavor must have been incredible.
