Yeah, I agree with HOS, those membranes especially on back ribs give me fits sometimes.....they pulled off super easy....nice job.

Love the dark color on those ribs, cherry wood will do that for ya.............

Thanks Tommy! Actually Yours look fantastic, mine were  on about 30 minutes to long a little crispy on the ends
