Two birds spatchcocked and in the fridge to dry brine tonight
 Tomorrow I start the homemade turkey stock for gravy

Jumping on the Two-Wheels tomorrow to head down to St. Augustine.

This will be the first Thanksgiving Wendy will be home and we are going to have a nice quiet turkey dinner for two.
