I just bought my wife a scooter so she and I can take little rides out in the boonies, looking for interesting places to stop and dine. I will record these trips and maybe do some reviews of "hole in the wall" places, kind of like a 2 person 2 wheeled "Diners, Drive Ins & Dives" type thing. Now all I need is for Spring to get here so we can plan some trips. I may even add a rack to the back of mine to hold a tent, might go roughing it here and there, lol!
Hers is the one to the right, we like Hi Viz stuff so cagers (people in cars, lol) can see us :P She hasn't even seen it yet, she's having a miserable time in Jamaica right now, poor girl!

Now that is a nice gift to come home to.

Both are great looking bikes, just a little too cramped for me ! ! !
Looking forward to seeing your travels.

They're actually quite comfortable. You don't have to lean over the tank like you do on a "crotch rocket". It's an upright seating position. She used to have a Honda Shadow 750 but didn't like the forward controls, decided that cruisers weren't for her. I didn't mind it that much but I do prefer having my feet under me instead of in front of me.
The main thing is ride what you like as long as you ride! I wave to all bikers, even ones on scooters :)
