Rainy day here so I decided to make chicken bite with extra flavor added. Brined these in a simple brine for 8 hrs then I coated with almond oil and Big Dick’s dry rub. Let you know how they turn out
-
All done and boy there is flavor!! That’s Nig Dicks us great and I topped it with a super secret sauce that Tenthunter swore me to secrecy ;)
Cook 350 fir 10 mins then tossed around for another 10 mins then place all bits into the pot and added the secret sauce. This is a ten out of ten :D

Sorry, it can't happen just yet. I am hoping to either market this sauce (along with some other products) or perhaps publish a cook book. I've spent a TON of time & resources developing these recipes, and they are all 100% natural products, no artificial sweeteners, etc.
For example, I had to do a lot of research just on the saturation & crystallization points of erythretol (a natural sugar alcohol that has no affect on blood sugar).
Tommy was one of my testers. ;)

So your not going to tell? :o

We are REALLY enjoying the dry rub you sent. It is now the official pork rub at Backyard Jack's BBQ in Byron.
Mo' Rockin' Chicken is the official poultry rub here.
Lemme know when you are ready to fulfill orders.

Thanks, Jaxon. It's good to know someone else like the rub!
Right now I can only sell in Ohio. As soon as that changes, I'll let you know!

The sauce is really good, just so hard not being able to share it but I did give my word I wouldn't give it out ;)
