I guess I am just a big ole sissy. I just stepped out to get the mail and it is a damp, bone chilling 39 degrees here in mid Alabama and I don't think I will be cooking outside today. Those wings look worth the effort though, tasty looking.

The foil is to catch the drippings from the fat rendering.

i think its so cool your bbqing in the snow. :o i would need really puffy slipper to bbq in the snow. wings look great also. 8)

Close..my wife would need puffy slippers! And since she don't cook it just wouldn't happen.
