It was surprising tender Tommy! Some have told me that this is the butchers cut? I not sure, but if I see it again I will try it

Good question! All together about 50 pounds but the griddle and sear box come off. I added the wheels to make it more portable

I bet you could come up with a hitch mount for the grill. For my grill it saves so much room in the SUV
