Hi I love outdoor cooking. Smoking, grilling, whatever. I cook outdoors all year long 4-5 nights per week. Mostly charcoal sometimes gas. Looking at pellet cookers now.

1955 started life in Lynn, MA
1967 8th grade, high school and college in VT
1975 STL to work until the building industry took a dump with home interest rates at 22%
1982 Maine was still building so off we went, wife and new son, he was 9 days old at my job interview.
1989 down turn in the building, so back to STL and the company I started with in 1975
1993 to present same house with the best neighbors/friends ever
2016 retired and cooking on my Char-Broil SRG #3, BEESR #1 and BIG Easy #2
I have learned more from the GREAT PEOPLE on this site than anywhere on the interwebs

Still prefer steaks on charcoal though.
