So tomorrow I have to cook lobster but I never have and have zero idea what to do or what I am doing lol...
I will be serving it with steak and I think my wife want corn on the cob. I will be doing the steak on the Rec Tec same with the corn I assume....
So what the heck do I do with the lobster? It was in the freezer from my wife bringing it back from halifax but its now in the fridge to thaw...

I am sure Lobster Man will be here shortly with advice. Here is one of his posts that has details of how he cooks lobster...

They are already cooked full lobsters if that makes a diff...
-
If they are already cooked then just grill the on high heat for a couple of minutes to get some color and brush with clarified butter.
-
Really thats it? Seems too easy lol...
Chop them in half grill each half or split it down the middle and spread it open and grill?

I would just spread them open and grill. They are already cooked so you are just trying to get some color and wam them up a little bit so be quick!

Echo all that - if already cooked, any extra heat above warming means the danger of turning them into rubber.
-
Good luck. In this case, simple really is better. ;)
-
Do they need to be cleaned inside or something? Do I use low heat to warm them up on the grill?
-
Are they whole lobsters or just tails?
-
Its the whole enchilada...in fridge...do I let get to room temp before grill?
-
I would pull the tail off open it up and grill for a few mins. Save the claw meat to use in a seafood salad or something.
