Title: A Very Simple Lunch
Post by: drholly on September 12, 2013, 08:56:02 PM
I was hungry, but had another dozen calls to make. So, I found some excess (leftover) chili - no beans no nothing but beef, tomato and chilies. Boil some spaghetti (broke the noodles in half - my MIL calls it "short spaghetti") Tossed some parmesan cheese in the bowl, added the noodles and then the chili. Some more parmesan and it was lunch. Nothing fancy, but very nice.

Kind of a Minneapolis twist on Cincinnati chili! Looks like a great bowl of comfort food to me.

That would be a 3-Way, and I'll take a bowl please.  Need about another lb of cheese on it for a real dose of Cincy chili though.  :P
