For the OSU/Michigan game. So far the sliders are better than the Buckeyes. :-(

Sliders look great. Trust me when I tell you it's been a tough year being a Florida fan. We're not going to get any bowl games this year. But you got to stick with them when times are good and bad.

Some day, some way, some how, a Tri-tip is going to find its way into the southeastern US and I'm going to snag it and cook it  :(

For now, I think I could make these out of brisket.

Smoked habernero cheese. Went great with the sliders.
Will definitely be on the menu if I ever get a cooking job. :-)

Talk about great timing -- we've been "dogsitting" for some friends while they vacationed and they gave me a big chunk of habanero cheddar when they dropped by to pick up their pup!  Guess what I'm going to make  ::)
