Made a pepperoni, cheese, and red sauce & pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and crumbled blue cheese on homemade dough(pre frozen). Wood fired each pizza for around 4 minutes...

I love the Uuni pizza oven. So quick and easy. Great wood fired taste!

That is a good idea. A hands on demonstration will show members who have not experienced the oven yet on how well it works.
Have you had a chance to use the AC power adapter I made for your Uuni yet?

They don't make any. I modified that one to work with the Uuni ;)

It is not very big Pappy. A tabletop unit. It stores really easily. Would fit in a large backpack or small duffel bag.

when you unfreeze the dough do you have to let it rise again? what the tricks for bringing it back to life?

I just take it out and let it thaw at room temp. Once it gets warm it will start to rise some. Then roll it out like normal.
I spray a shot of cooking spray into the ziplock bags before freezing so the dough easily releases from the bag.
