Title: Kale chips

6 kale leaves,washed and dried,about 5 ounces.Tiny spray olive oil.Sprinkle sea salt,into 200 F oven about 20-30 minutes until crunchy but not burned.

45 calories for a big cookie tray worth,9 calories an oz.. LOADED with nutrition.As good as potato chips though a slightly different taste,I like better than P Chips.

     GOOD POINTS
    No saturated fat
    No cholesterol
    Very high in calcium
    Very high in dietary fiber
    High in iron
    Very high in manganese
    High in magnesium
    Very high in potassium
    High in riboflavin
    Very high in thiamin
    Very high in vitamin A
    Very high in vitamin B6
    Very high in vitamin C

5 oz =  Vitamin A 136% · Vitamin C 121%
Calcium 12% · Iron 9%

I would be willing to try some but I don't think they would replace my Kettle Beer & Cheddar chips however.

They are mighty good.If you take the Hippie mother earth moon beam connotation off of em,they are just a really yummy chip. :P Maybe not a replacement but might be an addition. :D

Made some a while back.  Don't remember what rubs exactly but try other rubs not just salt.  They were good

Terrible pic,but dang these Kale chips are so tasty,and loaded with good stuff,and low cals,just a pure winner snack.

Thanks for posting, I've been wanting to try something like this for sometime now, tried some in the deep fryer like we saw on TV but their commercial fryer and vent system must work better than my little fry daddy. They tasted good but boy do they sizzle and pop when you drop them in the hot oil.
