500 calories,I couldnt eat it all
180 gms,2 chicken drumsticks from PBC,meat only - 370 cals
220 gms spaghetti squash,tin foiled and baked - 60 cals
175 gms broccoli,steamed - 50 cals
100 gms zucchini steamed - 16 cals
Seasoned with sea salt and pepper.No salt restricted diet here,those people have shorter lifespans then people not on salt restricted diets.

that PBC chicken is so danged good,excellent leftover cold from refer, what a food!
And you can eat it with sauce and skin,or peel off the skin when needing a lower cal meal when youve used up that days cals,gotta love chicken and PBC for versatility.Flat out love how you can cook so much in one cook with no more effort than a regular meal sized cook.
