Hello all.....

I happened to find the LTBBQ forum this weekend when I was wondering what happened to NEPAS in another forum.  I had not seen him post there and did a google search and found this forum.  Glad I did as it look like a great place!

Been smoking meat since 2005.  Smoker is a 18.5" WSM with BBQ Guru.  Also use a Weber Summit S670 and Weber Q portable to round out my current setup.  I have an Orion cooker but have not used it in a while.  I also have acquired a surplus warmer cabinet and intend on converting it into a smoker "one of these days".

Glad to be here, and I'm off to learn the lay of the land so to speak.....
