I was invited to this board this boat by Art. Thanks for the heads up! I have been smoking for an undetermined number of decades. Started on a Weber Kettle, then did a couple whole hogs on a borrowed pig cooker, next I moved to an Amerique. Just this week I bought a used Cookshack Charbroiler in hopes of opening a cafe nearby. Will keep you posted. Even though I was raised with Eastern NC BBQ, I love it all. Look forward to learning and maybe sharing a bit.
