Coconut oil,why and how/where to buy if you are interested

I doubt it does all they credit to it,it will make your boss give you a raise practically,but its an interesting article that talks about uses,types and sources where to buy if its your cup of tea.I found the processes to make it (lots I didnt know about different methods) and where to buy useful info.

I use Coconut oil all the time . it is one of the oils that i can us in my diet .
the other one is olive oil .

We use it some too,Im going to consider the prime stuff from Philippines next order.I think our last buy was Costco too,now that you mention it,IIRC thats supposed to be a good brand.

Interesting a lot of ladies use it as a skin conditioner,sure soaks in quickly.

We get ours from Swanson Vitamins, it's Jarrow Organic Extra Virgin.

We call it " Bulletproof Coffee "
coffee + coconut oil + butter
1.cup coffee
2. tbsp coconut oil
2. tbsp butter
blend together .
this will give you energy for long time .

Real interesting Ahron. I was just looking at our costco oil,says extra virgin(actually virgin,no such thing as extra virgin apparently) organic,very impressive as price was good too.Cold pressed,unrefined, Hain brand.

That's right, except I skip the butter
