Coconut oil,why and how/where to buy if you are interested

I use it for dry skin..helps it immediately, as a hair conditioner and great for cast iron pans to prevent rust. Great on babies butts,  haven't' found anything it's not good for yet. Just as good as WD-40 and duct tape.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Yep, and it's often mistakenly referred to as palm oil when used to cure ED.

Try it in coffee, steady energy seems to counter the caffeine crash.

We call it " Bulletproof Coffee "
coffee + coconut oil + butter
1.cup coffee
2. tbsp coconut oil
2. tbsp butter
blend together .
this will give you energy for long time .

James says THANK YOU for the suggestion on the coffee-- he loves it with the coconut oil.  The idea of butter grossed him out for some reason, so he does the coconut oil, sweetener, and heavy cream.   

(And no, he wouldn't listen to the fact that butter is MADE from cream, so it's basically the same thing.  "Butter = gross. " he says.)
